As a world-renowned ultra-luxury brand, Rolls-Royce is keen to launch a variety of special edition or limited edition models to demonstrate the uniqueness of its owners.
On April 16th, Rolls-Royce’s new Bespoke high-end custom model,
the Phantom “Tempus Collection” Collector’s Edition, successfully held its first show in China at the Plaza 66 in Shanghai. The car is limited to only 20 units worldwide.
Tempus means time in Latin, so this special edition model uses time, stars and the universe as design elements.
The car uses the unique “Kellos Blue” paint color, which represents the darkness and mystery of space. Not only that, the car paint contains jade-like blue mica flakes, which shine like stars when exposed to light, like a walking galaxy.
The interior design of the car is inspired by pulsars. The pulsar sky roof combines the starry sky roof and embroidery to form a very delicate starry sky pattern, and even in the day when the external light is sufficient, you can still feel its exquisiteness and luxurious.
The “Yijingzangzhen” gallery of the Phantom “Tianpo” Collection Edition is equipped with 100 independent lamp posts. Each lamp post is black anodized and hand-polished. Although the lamp post is a solid structure, it changes with light and shadow. Still showing the transformation of circulation.
the pattern on the inside of the door is shining and rotating stars, which create a very deep and delicate visual effect through hundreds of light-permeable holes in the contrast leather.
The power is still the familiar 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine, with a maximum power of 571 horsepower and a peak torque of 900 N·m, matching an 8AT gearbox.
Of course, acceleration is not its strong point, it is smooth and comfortable. It uses a front double wishbone + rear five-link independent suspension, and is equipped with a four-wheel steering system and a new generation of adaptive air shock absorbers.
